“Busted” – A slang term originating from the cryptocurrency gaming sphere, used to signify the depletion of one’s digital currency holdings. When someone is “busted” It typically means they lost some crypto in an online wager. It is also sometimes said to be a passive way to beg or panhandle in a chatroom online. 

For instance, a player might ruefully recount their experience of going “all in on red” in a virtual casino game,  indicating their disappointment at having depleted their cryptocurrency reserves due to an unsuccessful wager. 

“I went all in on red and busted. Sad day.”
