Tick
A discrete price boundary used to organize ranges in certain concentrated-liquidity AMMs.
In more detail
Ticks turn a continuous-looking market price into defined boundaries the protocol can use for liquidity positions. A position's lower and upper ticks set where it can be active. Which boundaries you can choose depends on the pool's rules and tick spacing. Here, a tick is about price, not a second on a clock.
How you might use it
The pool interface adjusts your chosen lower price to an allowed tick boundary before creating the liquidity position.
